Winter Forge is a seven-day work and discipleship retreat designed to sharpen young men through hard physical work, structured discipline, and daily spiritual formation. Set during the winter season, this experience emphasizes grit, responsibility, and resilience.
Each day begins with devotions, physical training, and shared meals, followed by hands-on labor including trail cutting, land clearing, construction assistance, and animal care. Evenings are reserved for worship, Bible study, and brotherhood, reinforcing the connection between faith, work, and character.
This is not a vacation and not a paid position. Winter Forge is a forge for young men willing to be challenged, to work with their hands, submit to structure, and grow stronger—physically, mentally, and spiritually. February 1–8 Limited to 8 Young Men.
